The Chiefs of Ontario (COO) invites qualified A/V service providers to submit proposals for comprehensive audio-visual support for the Chiefs of Ontario’s 50th Anniversary Annual Chiefs Assembly. This annual assembly will bring together hundreds of participants, including First Nation leadership, Knowledge Keepers, youth, and community members from across Ontario, in a hybrid format.
The AV service provider will be responsible for setup, operation, and teardown of all audio visual and power requirements for the following event spaces:
- Main assembly room
- Registration and Conference Office
Submission Deadline: May 1, 2025 AT 12:00PM Eastern Standard Time (EST)
