The Chiefs of Ontario Environment Sector will host a Great Lakes Gathering on October 21-22, 2025 in Niagara Falls, ON.

Water is Life is a call to action that embodies our collective resilience and resistance as First Nations’ People. We carry an inherited responsibility to the water, to all of creation, and future generations. Let’s gather together and with our diverse voices, grounded in our Traditional Knowledges, define a path forward full of innovation and transformative change. Together, united, in ceremony, we can protect water and ensure future generations have clean water.
