NAN WOMEN’S COUNCIL HONOURING OUR MISSING SISTERS: A 24-HOUR SACRED GATHERING OF DRUMS

The Nishnawbe Aski Nation Women’s Council will be hosting this ceremony to call for the Government of Canada to commit to a National Inquiry into Missing and Murdered Aboriginal women on Parliament Hill starting at 6 p.m. on Mother’s Day, May 11. The event will conclude at 6 p.m. the following day. An open call to all drummers and drum groups is extended.
