On January 14 and 15, 2010 First Nation government and economic development leaders met with Federal and Provincial leaders and representatives at the Ontario First Nations Economic Forum (OFNEF).
The ultimate goal of the OFNEF was to express collective commitment, clear roles, responsibilities and investment from the full range of interested parties on new and collaborative approaches to support First Nation economies. Three key themes were explored as well as a process for building specific action plans and outcomes:

? Relationships
? Socio-Economic Supports
The forum was a resounding success with all parties committing to ongoing dialogue and information sharing.
